Local is relative when you're dealing with the web, but if you mean are we located in the United States - then the answer is a definite yes. We are in Southern California, and every member of the staff lives in the US. We do outsource some of our projects to other independent contractors, but again - these are all US folks as well. We do not outsource any work overseas, as we believe in keeping it local so it directly benefits our economy.

Yep, we have a 1,500 sq foot office located in Carlsbad, CA. And if you're local to us, or ever find yourself anywhere near, we'd love to have you drop by and see us. We don't get too many visitors, so we love to have people stop by!

The average project takes about 2 weeks. But of course, this is dependent on what services you need from us, and how far along you are with writing your content.

The client owns the copyright to everything we're able to transfer copyright to (which most of the time means the entire website, possibly minus certain graphics or code). Obviously if we use a third party program for the clients' website, like stock imagery, calendars, shopping cart software, etc - we ourselves don't own the copyright to those and can therefore not give the client rights to those for ownership - but the client is able to use them without problem.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and of course checks. Our projects are due up front. However, we also have a payment plan option for projects that total over $3,000.

We certainly do. If you need newsletters, audio/video etc. for your website, you can visit our resources page for referrals to other companies that we have had firsthand experience with. We don't refer to other companies unless we ourselves have had the opportunity to work with them directly, thus ensuring we recommend only reputable companies.

You have two options. You can have us upload your site to the hosting company of your choice, where you will then take over and maintain your site yourself, or you can have us host it on our servers on our maintenance package. Our maintenance package is $40 per month, and includes half an hour of updates to your website monthly (unused time does not roll over), with a 3 day guaranteed turnaround time on requests.
